East Metro is a No, North Town is a Yes

We originally were going to play Manor on Sunday.  We ran into Grateful Ted in the parking lot.  Right after we we teed off on the first hole, a park worker told us the course was closed today for a controlled burn.  So we went to Plan B and played North Town.  Today's players were:  Steve, Dave, Keith and Heady.  It was a little chilly, temperatures were in the 50's.  Skies were sunny but the wind was blowing and gusting.  Course conditions were good, the pond on #12 was full again.

I had more bad throws than good throws this week.  My front nine was terrible, I picked it some on the back nine and saved my best drive for #18.  The wind was definitely a factor, every putt was an adventure. Steve made a 60 footer on #3 to save par.  Keith has improved a lot in the past few weeks.  His hip is not bothering him as much and he was getting some good distance.

A total of three birdies were made today:  Steve(2) and Keith(1).  No discs found and one disc lost by Steve in the pond on #12.
