Roy G. Guerrero

Sunday we played the Roy G. Guerrero Disc Golf Course in East Austin.  This is a very long course with lots of trees requiring both long and accurate throws.  Surprisingly, there are no par 5's on this course although several holes could qualify.  Today's players were:  Steve, Dave, Mark, Keith and Heady.  Temperatures were in the low 90's, lots of sunshine and only a few other groups on the course.  Several of the holes had been mowed but several more had a lot of overgrowth.

I played about my average for the course.  The front nine was respectable, the back nine was ugly.

No birdies were made today.  No discs lost, no discs found.

Mark tees off on #1

Dave saves bogey

Mark on the fairway

Keith in the tall grass

Steve throwing on the #7 fairway

Mark's drive on #8

Dave makes a long putt on #8

Keith slams his putt on #11

Steve's and Keith's drive on #15.  About even.

Dave make another long putt

Steve driving on #16

Mark on the #17 tee

Dave driving on #17

Keith on the #18 fairway

Mark putting on #18
