Circle C

The weathermen were wrong again.  All week they were predicting widespread showers and temperatures in the middle 50's for Sunday morning.  This morning was partly cloudy, no wind and a pleasant 65 degrees. Pretty much perfect conditions.  It was a little muddy but we've seen worse.  No one else was playing the course today, just Steve, Dave and myself.  Parking was a problem because all of the soccer tournaments.

Other than the tee boxes being a little slippery, we all had a pretty good day.  I lost a couple of pars with some bad putts and a few of my approach shots went behind some shrubbery.  I did make another 90 foot flick with "Nick Mata" this week to save bogey on #6.  Steve had a great drive on #6, the best drive I've seen anyone throw on that hole.  He ended up with a birdie on it.  Dave played very consistently, good drives and solid putting.  He was +3 for the front nine and +3 for the back nine to finish first with a +6.  Steve finished right behind him with a +7 and I finished with a +12.

Only three birdies were made today, all by Steve.  I think he missed a couple of other birdie putts.  No discs found but one disc lost by Steve on #18.  We think it landed in the creek and floated away.
