Brushy Creek (aka Cat Hollow)

We had a much smaller group this weekend at Brushy Creek:  Lif, Dave, Keith, Bob and me.  Steve was out of town.  It was a nice day for Brushy Creek, usually the winds are very strong but they were very light today.  The temperature was in the mid 80's, partly cloudy skies and very humid.  Lots of sweating.

Brushy Creek is a nice, clean, well maintained neighborhood course.  Good concrete tee boxes, lots of trash cans and benches.  I like this course, although the holes are mostly short they are challenging.  A good mix of tight, wooded holes and wide open fairways.  It is mostly flat but some holes have some elevation changes.

I played about average today, did not make any birdies but I did have some opportunities.  Only four birdies today:  Bob(2) and Keith(2).  We all had chances for more but the putts were just a little bit off.  We ran into Brian and Eric on the course and they joined us for the last couple of holes. No discs found, no discs lost.
