Zilker - A Hot Wednesday Afternoon

Lif and I played an afternoon round at Zilker.  It was hot and dry, 102 degrees, lots of sun and a bit of wind.  The heat, low humidity and the breeze did funny things with the discs.  We both had some very long throws.  The thermals of heat rising from the dry ground would cause our discs to bounce up and down during flight.  The low humidity provided less resistance during flight.  It was very strange.

I like the two new holes they added to the course.  They were challenging and fair.  We both got off to a good start and made some bad approaches and putts on the back nine.
