Zilker Park - A Cool Day in May

We played a fun round at Zilker Park this morning.  Cool weather returned to Austin today and it was a nice change from the upper 90's we've had all month.  Today's players were:  Steve, Dave, Keith, Lif, Chris, Darden and Heady.  Temperatures were in the lower 60's when we started, cloudy skies and 10mph north wind.  Course condition were fair, they are still renovating the course.  There were a good number of other players on the course.

I was inconsistent today.   Started with some lousy drives but great approach shots.  Then I had some good drives but lousy approach shots.  I was consistent with my putts, I made several long putts. 

There were seven birdies made today:  Chris(2), Darden(2), Steve(2) and Big Dave(1).  No discs lost and one disc found by Chris on #18.

It was cool. We needed a shot to warm up.
