Roy G. Guerrero - Ground Hog Day

An early spring is predicted and it certainly felt that way playing a round at Roy G. Guerrero park on Sunday.  It was a little chilly when we started but quickly warmed up to the mid 70's.  The sun was shining and only a slight breeze to contend with.  Today's players were:  Steve, Keith, Lif, Bob, Dave, Chris and Heady.  Course conditions were good and there were several other groups of players enjoying the day.

This course is a journey in humiliation.  I snapped off a few good drives today but I was putting poorly today.  I missed four or five putts by either hitting the rim or the basket.  At least they looked on line.  Dave had some impressive drives today.  Lif and Steve made some clutch putts.

No birdies made today, there were three times as many bogeys (and worse) than there were pars.

Steve starts us off!
