Austin Ridge Bible Church

This morning the group of Steve, Dave, Bob, Donald, Dave Darden and Heady played the Austin Ridge Bible Church course.  Donald has never played this course so we thought we would show him what he is missing.  Temperatures were in the middle 80's, mostly sunny skies and no wind to speak of.  Course conditions were not ideal, many of the fairways were very overgrown.  We pretty much had the course to ourselves.

It was not a great round for anyone.  Steve and I stayed up late last night playing poker so our game was a bit off.  I could not get much on my drives, my accuracy was inconsistent and I missed a couple of putts.  We all hit our share of the trees.  Big Dave had the shot of the day with a 75 foot toss for birdie on #14.  Also, congratulations to Big Dave for the lowest score of the day.

Only three birdies were made today:  Big Dave, Steve and Bob.  No discs found and no discs lost (but we sure tried).  Because this was Donald's first time at the Church we were obligated to play the Bonus Holes.
