East Metro Park (Manor) - Saturday Afternoon

The weather reports for Sunday morning indicated strong north winds of 25mph with frequent gusts of over 40mph.  We thought it would be a lot more fun to play on Saturday afternoon with much calmer conditions.  We played out east in Manor, one of our favorite courses in the winter, after the brush has died back.  It is one of our least favorite courses in the summer with the roughest rough around.  Today's players were:  Steve, Keith, Lif, Dave, Bob and myself.

I played a little under average today.  I'm not getting the distance on my drives and my accuracy is a little off.  My approach shots with Nick Mata were pretty much on.  I don't recall missing any putts.
Dave and Bob were both sinking the long putts.  Keith had a great second shot on #13 and birdied the hole.

A total of five birdies were made:  Steve(2), Keith(2) and Lif(1).  No discs lost and one disc found by Steve (of course).
