Brushy Creek - I did not play

 The group had a good round at Brushy Creek this week, I did not play.  I was in the Big D and I do mean Dallas.  The players were:  Steve, Dave, Lif, Chris and Keith.  Looked like nice weather.  

There were a total of seven birdies:  Chris(3), Dave(2), Lif(1), Steve(1).

MetCenter - Holiday Bonus Round

 We were off work today so what a better way to celebrate the holiday than with a round at the Met Center.  Today's players were:  Steve, Dave, Donald and Heady.  It was a warm day for January, temperatures in upper 70's.  We had some drizzle during the front nine but later the skies cleared a little, the sun came out and the wind picked up.  Course conditions were a little slick in some spots.

I had a decent round today, I started off with some long straight throws, good approach shots and accurate putting.  I only missed one putt that I should have made, bounced off the chains.  I made some mistakes on the back nine, stupid throws or hitting trees.

Only four birdies made today:  Steve(2) and Donald(2).  No discs lost and no discs found.

New Year's Day - Circle C

 We started the New Year of right with a round at Circle C.  Today's players were:  Steve, Chris, Dave, Lif, Keith, Darden and Heady.  Temperatures were in the 50's when we started with mostly cloudy/foggy skies.  The clouds broke about halfway thru the round and it turned out to be a very nice day.  Course conditions were good and there were fewer people on the course than I expected.

I could have had a good round today, I started off good but then I jumped on the bogey train.  I was just a little bit off, I had some good throws then would have a terrible approach or blow the putt.  Big Dave was a birdie machine, dialing in long distance.  Steve made a birdie on the difficult #5.

Cold Morning at Circle C

 It was a chilly morning for disc golf at Circle C.  Today's players were: Steve, Chris, Dave and Heady.  It was about 31 degrees, but the sun was shining and there was no wind blowing.  Course conditions were good and we had the entire course to ourselves.

I played about my new average today.  Not getting any power on my throws, fortunately my approach shots were on target. 

There were six birdies today:  Steve(3), Chris(2) and Dave(1).  No discs lost, no discs found
