It was cold and windy this morning when we met up at Wilco for Macho Tacos and disc golf. Today's players were: Steve, Lif, Dave, Chris and Heady. Daylight savings time went into effect this morning and we missed an hour of sleep. Keith forgot to change his clock! Temperatures were in the lower 40's with a strong north wind blowing. The skies were cloudy when we started but some sun was breaking thru about the time we finished. Course conditions were good and there were a few other players on the course. Thanks to Steve for bringing the Macho Tacos and thanks to Lif for buying them!
Nobody had a stellar day today. The cold and the wind were a problem, not to mention the thousands of trees on the course. I did a lot of scrambling today. My drives weren't very good but I was able to salvage some holes by some well placed approach shots. My putting was good for the most part, I think I missed one or two but made a few that I could have easily missed. Steve had a heartbreak putt on #16, not a short putt, his disc hit the bottom of the basket and bounced out. See video below.
Only one birdie today by Chris. He had a chance for a second but it skipped off the basket. No discs lost and one disc found by Steve.
