East Metro - Manor

Today was a good day to play East Metro Park in Manor.  Weather conditions were near perfect, with temperatures in the 60's, sunny skies and very little wind.  Plus, must of the undergrowth has died off!  Today's players were:  Steve, Lif, Bob, Dave, Keith, Chris and Heady.  Course conditions were good for Manor, a little muddy in some places.  There were only a couple of other groups on the course.  One of them was a large group that we just got ahead of on the first tee.

I had a pretty good round today.  I started off a little slow then was able to get off some decent drives.  I tried to play conservatively and stay out of the rough. I did have a disaster hole on #8.  Lif had a great game today with killer drives, pinpoint approaches and clutch putting.  Bob had a long birdie from about 50 feet out on #11.

Only four birdies were made today:  Bob(2), Keith(1) and Steve(1).  No discs lost and no discs found.
