Wilco

We ventured up north to Leander to play the Williamson County disc golf course.  Today's players were:  Steve, Lif, Keith, Bob and Heady.  Weather conditions were ideal.  The temperatures were in the 70's, it was cloudy when we started but the clouds burned off by the fifth hole.  There was a breeze that came into play from time to time.  Course condition were very good.  There were lots of other players on the course today, we just got ahead of a very large group.  Thanks to Steve for the Macho Tacos.

This is a very unforgiving course with tight fairways, if you make a mistake it is difficult to save par.  I only made one par on the front nine.  My approach shots were not very good today and I missed several easy putts.  Steve had a pulled rib cage muscle and that really affected his game.  Bob had the shot of the day, nailing a 65 footer on #12 for his third birdie.

Only three birdies were made today, all by Birdie Bob.  No discs lost but one disc found on #12.

Enjoying our Macho Tacos!

  1. Thanks for MTs per Steve. hope rib cartilage is on the mend. however, it did keep me out of last place. The snake love is classic. Note lowest 9 hole score was ME on the back nine. The transfer of power is complete.
