Roy G. Guerrero

Today we felt like beating ourselves up so we decided to play the Roy G. Guerrero DGC.  Today's group was Steve, Dave, Keith and Heady.  Weather conditions were ideal, temperatures in the low 70's, overcast skies and very little wind.  Course conditions were less than ideal, the rough was overgrown, the fairways needed to be mowed and several trees had been blown over.  At least we had the course to ourselves.

None of us played very well today and our scores reflected that.  I didn't make a par until hole #8 and that was the shot of the day.  After a poor second shot (hit the damn telephone pole) I flicked it in from about 100 feet out.  Steve had some long throws today and made par on the very long #16 hole.  He almost made par on the very long #11 but the chains pushed his disc back.

No birdies today, even pars were hard to come by.  No discs lost, no discs found.

Steve starts us off.  Notice the overgrown fairway.

Keith putting on #3.  Notice the fallen tree.
