We had an early start today at the Met Center Disc Golf Course. Today was Father's Day, some members of the group had obligations this afternoon, so we started at 8:00 this morning. Today's group consisted of Dave, Steve, Keith, Bob and myself.
It was a pleasant, warm day. Sun was shining and not too much wind. The course was not very crowded. Several die-hard groups were playing before we got there. No birdies to report today, Steve had several opportunities but could not cash them in. No discs lost, no discs found. Dave almost lost his disc twice in the creek but Steve was able to locate it with his trusty retrieval stick. Fortunately, the little creek was mostly dried up or we would have lost some.
