Circle C - Just Because

 There was a good chance of rain today, so we planned for Circle C just in case.  Today's players were:  Steve, Dave, Lif, Keith, Chris, Darden and Heady.  Temperatures were in the low 80's, mostly cloudy skies and no wind to speak of.  Course condition were good, dryer than I thought they would be, and there were a fair number of other players on the course.

I got off to a slow start and ended up with a pretty average round.  After the first four holes I found my drive.  Darden had problems with the trees today, although he did finish strong with a par on #18.

Only two birdies were made today, both by Chris.  No discs lost and no discs found

Dreamland - Dripping Springs

 After a delectable breakfast at Macho Taco's in Manchaca, we ventured west to Dripping Springs to play the fun but challenging Dreamland course.  This is only the second time we've played this course.  We need to play it more than once a year.  Today's players were:  Steve, Keith, Lif, Dave, Darden and Heady.  We had great weather, temperatures were in the 80's, mostly sunny skies and a slight breeze.  Course conditions were good and we pretty much had the course to ourselves.

I had some good throws today and a few bad ones.  I had a disaster on hole 3, ending up with  snowman.  Most of my approach shots were good but I really blew a couple of them.  My putting was strong.

A total of nine birdies were made today:  Darden(3), Heady(2), Steve(2), Lif(1) and Dave(1).  No discs lost and no discs found.
