Circle C

We decided to play Circle C again today since Wilco was closed for the rain.  Today's players were:  Steve, Lif, Brain, Keith, Mark and Heady.  Good  to see Mark again.  It was a beautiful day!  Temperatures were in the middle 60's when we started but the sun warmed it up to the low 80's by the time we finished.  Winds were calm when we started but picked up some on the back nine.  Course conditions were fair, it was a little muddy in places.  Lots of other players on the course today.

I had a bad day, started out badly and then picked it up for while but I never fully recovered.  I could not control my throws today and missed a couple of easy putts.  I did make a nice birdie on #9 from about 40 feet out with Nick Mata.

A total of seven birdies were made today:  Steve(3), Mark(3) and Heady(1).  No discs lost, no discs found.

East Metro Park - Manor

We headed out East to play the East Metro Park in Manor.  We wanted to play it again before the rough gets overgrown.  Today's players were:  Steve, Dave, Lif, Keith, Brian, Bob and myself.  Temperatures were in the lower 60's when we started but warmed up to the mid 70's when we finished.  Skies were overcast and there was an occasional breeze.  Course conditions were good, the creeks had some water but it wasn't muddy.  Several other groups were on the course today.

I started out poorly today (as did most of the group) but we both picked it up on the back nine.  I had trouble with everything when we started.  I couldn't throw my drives, my approach shots were off and I couldn't putt.  I got better when the temperatures warmed up some.  Keith and I both made long putts for birdie on #16.

A total of seven birdies were made:  Steve(2), Dave(2), Keith(1), Heady(1) and Bob(1).  No discs lost, no discs found.
